Our patient wants to get her ears pinned. In order to avoid an agressive ear plastic surgery (otoplasty), we will use EarFold clips. These are mini-clips that are positioned under the skin of the ear to reshape the cartilage naturally and to pin the ears. We see in this video the per-clip trial, to simulate the placement of the clip.
THE LAST
TREAT EARS PEELED WITH AN EARFOLD CLIP
This video shows the progress of the procedure to pick up the ears with Earfold clips. We first proceed to an excision of the conch, to remove some skin behind the ear, then we suture in order to pick up the ears naturally. We then practice an anterior incision in the pavilion of the ear to prepare the placement of the Earfold clip.
After picking up the right ear of our patient in the previous video, we go to the left ear. We can see in this video the incision and the detachment practiced in the pavilion of the ear, as well as the placement of the Earfold clip. This small clip can reposition the ear naturally.
The procedure to apply EarFold clip and re-stick the ears is not long, it lasts between 15 and 30 minutes, and under local anesthesia. As it is not invasive, the patient can resume her normal life immediately. We can appreciate in this video the live result as well as the feelings of our patient about her EarFold clips.
The previous videos showed the preparation and the intervention for placing Earfold clips.
We now discover the result: the ears are pinned, and without heavy intervention. Our patient will be able to continue the course of her day normally, her ears will resume a natural appearance in a few hours.

In this video, we show how we proceed to set up the Earfold clips.
We first use local anesthesia of the ear using our Juvapen electronic syringe.
We then position the clips under the skin on the auricle area (anthelix).
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, during only 15 minutes, and leaves only a mini , almost invisible scar.

External trial EarFold implants
You may be wondering how to concretely apply an EarFold implant and pick up your ears:
During the medical consultation at my Cannes Clinic we define together the desired result through pre-clips: they have the same firm and consistency as the surgical clip. Faced with a mirror we can imagine exactly how many clips will be needed and how will the result be. It’s a real revolution in cosmetic surgery to be able to predict and visualize your result!
We then proceed to a 3D photo and a simulation to visualize the result.
During a 2nd appointment, a small incision is made under local anesthesia to place the EarFold® implant under the skin, which will delicately bend the cartilage and thus reconnect the ear.
We finalize with 1 or 2 stitches.
Recollecting his ears is finally accessible without heavy intervention and with immediate and lasting results.
